Host families needed for elite soccer student-athletes
The Quebec Soccer Federation is presently looking for host families for some of its Quebec Team/CNHP players. These young girls (14-15-years-olds) are selected from across the Province and come to train in Laval at the National Training Centre during the school year.
Two West Island schools are involved, John Rennie in Pointe Claire and École Secondaires Des Sources in DDO.
All these young athletes are French speaking and would benefit from being in a bilingual environment.
The fees to be paid by the player’s family to the host family are generally $425 to $550 per month. The athletes arrive on Sunday evening and leave Friday after school. They may be some occasional weekend stays. The host family’s role is to provide a safe environment plus room and board.
The young players on the Quebec team/CNHP program are required to have the greatest behaviour and respect all rules of the host families as well as those of Elite athletes of the Quebec Soccer Federation.
If you know someone from your Club or family interested in becoming a host family for Elite Athletes of the Quebec Soccer Federation, please do not hesitate to contact QSF 450-975-3355.
